Happy Labor Day weekend!
For your viewing pleasure, I’ve cued up the latest #PhotowalksTV episode, from the small southeastern Utah town of Moab, home to the great Arches National Park.
Moab is a fun, hip town to visit, with many things to do and photograph—highlighted by the three-hour roundtrip hike to the Delicate Arch. Go in the morning or evening for sunset?

I’ve been to Arches National Park three times and have always walked to Delicate Arch. I love how you walk and walk and wonder where the heck that thing is. Then you turn a corner and – whoa -- there it is! One advantage of being old is that on the first hike with my wife there was only one other person there. The three of us sat under the arch and relaxed with fruit and cold water. The blue sky, white clouds, snow-capped La Sal mountains, and orange slick rock really made a beautiful scene.
